A SUPERIOR ALTERNATIVE TO REPLACEMENTS

Applying a plasma spray coating to repair worn surfaces is an economical alternative to replacement. Plasma spray coating is superior to metallizing and nearly any metal or ceramic (available in powder form) can be sprayed. Plasma spray coatings ensure a dense, oxide-free build-up with high bond strength to the base material. TPE stocks a wide variety of spray powders, such as tungsten carbide, chrome oxide, molybdenum, and Hastelloy C.

CANNED MOTOR REWINDING

TPE’s in-house motor rewinding services include:

• UL approved three phase motor winding from 1 HP through 195 HP
• Class R insulation with a temperature rating of 220ºC (425ºF)
• Thermal cut-outs in standard 115ºC (240ºF), 160ºC (320ºF), and 220ºC (425ºF) or any special temperature rating can be supplied

Before shipping repaired pumps or components, TPE technicians can test the product thoroughly to make sure that the repairs meet all customer specifications.
